TENANCY PROCESS

In order to apply for the property, a holding deposit of £505 will be required. Once the holding deposit is paid, the property will be secured and from this point there will be 15 days in which to complete the referencing and signing of the tenancy agreement process. The holding deposit will be offset against the first instalment of rent once the tenancy agreement is signed. A security deposit of £1515 will be payable by 31 Dec and the first instalment rent will be required 14 days prior to moving in.
