A delightful three bedroom character home with primary en-suite bedroom, attractive relatively low maintenance gardens, conservatory and garage, located in an idyllic rural former farm complex with just a handful of similar character properties and ideally situated between Ponsanooth and Stithians.

Why You'll Like It

This gorgeous three bedroom character semi detached cottage blends modern comforts with a delightful traditional style and beautiful exterior stonework. The property has pretty, low maintenance gardens to the front and side and a garage and parking to the rear, and is situated with a clutch of similar style properties in a rural setting between Ponsanooth and Stithians. The UPVC double glazed front door opens to a large kitchen dining room with an attractive shaker style cream country kitchen with solid oak block work surfaces and space for a range cooker. There is plenty of additional appliance space with space for a tall fridge / freezer, space and plumbing for laundry appliances and space and plumbing for a dishwasher. The property benefits from a WC / cloakroom and there are doors from the kitchen dining room into a cosy snug lounge with wood burning stove. Further double doors open to a spacious conservatory at the side of the property which in turn opens to a sheltered and relatively low maintenance garden with steps to the parking area. Up on the 1st floor the property has three generous bedrooms with the primary bedroom being triple aspect and having a en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath and the property has LPG gas central heating and UPVC double glazing. Outside to the rear of the property there is a garage located in a block (along with others for the neighbouring properties). The garage is very spacious and constructed in a barn style with pitched roof.
